Dolse Shoniber is the National Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator for the Republic of Marshall Islands Multi-Sector Early Childhood Development project, in partnership with The World Bank Group (IDA E-0320). Previously, Ms. Shoniber served as the Human Resources Director for six plus (6+) years for the Ministry of Finance and prior to her appointment at the Ministry of Finance, she started her career working under the Office of the Public Service Commission as the Recruitment Officer back in 2016 until mid-2018. Ms Shoniber earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of the South Pacific in 2017, double majoring in International Business & Marketing and Management & Public Administration.
