Ms. Bigler is the current PSS National Coordinator for the Ministry of Education, Sports and Training (MOEST) under Component 2 of the ECDII Project. After completing her double master’s degree in Public Health and Global Health at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia, she joined the ECD team in September 2025. Prior to this, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Management and Policy, minoring in Business Administration. Her diverse background includes work at the Ministry of Health and Human Services on emergency response and hospital preparedness, and later pivoting to maternal-child health, nutrition, and early childhood development. She has taken on many roles in project management, policy development, health systems strengthening, grant writing, education and community outreach, data analysis, social protection programs, and human rights advocacy, especially for women, children, and the most vulnerable. Aside from her career, she loves fishing, spending time with friends, family, and her dogs, traveling, and reading.
