Ms. Ho serves as the Autism Advisor for the Republic of the Marshall Islands’ Multi-Sector Early Childhood Development Project II (ECD II), implemented in partnership with the World Bank. She brings over a decade of experience in play therapy, learning disorders management, and neurodivergent learner support.
Before joining the ECD project, Tracy served as Principal and Consultant for Hils Learning, where she led team development and specialized learning support initiatives. She facilitated teacher training for schools to improve inclusivity and provided direct learning support and play therapy to students while equipping parents with filial therapy skills.
Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Practices Based Play Therapy from Leeds Beckett University, England, a Diploma in Learning Disorders Management and Child Psychology from the London College of Teachers, and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Monash University. She is a Play Therapy International (PTI) Certified Supervisor. Her work is characterized by a commitment to fostering inclusive practices, empowering stakeholders with sustainable support tools, and improving life chances for children with diverse learning needs through specialized intervention frameworks.
