Dr. Pablo A. Stansbery is the Project Manager for the Republic of Marshall Islands Multi-Sector Early Childhood Development project, in partnership with The World Bank Group (IDA E-0320). Previously, Dr. Stansbery was the ECD regional technical adviser for UNICEF East Asia and Pacific (EAPRO) and UNICEF Eastern and Southern Africa (ESARO). Pablo served as ECD Senior Director at Save the Children and advised California in its signature early childhood initiative, First 5 California. Dr. Stansbery completed his doctoral training in cross-cultural early child development at Harvard University (USA) and his postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School (Boston Children’s Hospital).
