Kacy Lucky Graduated from Eastern Oregon University and Marshall Islands High School, a former Laura Elementary School (LES) and Laura Seventh Day Advandis student (SDA), previously worked at the College of the Marshall Islands (CMI) as an assistant nurse, then moved to the Ministry of Health and Human Services (MOHHS) as a Public Health Nurse under MCH and introduced to the Integrated Child Health Nutritional Survey (ICHNS). Kacy Lucky had an internship experience under the Ministry of Environmental Protection Authority (EPA). Mr. Lucky was also awarded outstanding student abroad learning in Japan, Osaka.
