Mr. Saleem serves as the Finance Manager for the Republic of the Marshall Islands’ Multi-Sector Early Childhood Development (ECD) Project, implemented in partnership with the World Bank Group (IDA Grant No. E-0320). He brings over a decade of experience in financial management, investment, and donor-funded program oversight.
Before joining the ECD project, Zeeshan worked as Finance and Accounts Manager for S&S Brothers, a group of companies based in the United States. He also served as a World Bank Consultant for the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) in Pakistan—one of the largest social safety net initiatives in the world—managing financial operations for an annual budget of USD 2 billion, serving 20 million beneficiaries.
Zeeshan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Birmingham City University, England, and is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. His career reflects a strong track record in managing complex
financial systems, ensuring transparency, and supporting sustainable development goals through effective fiscal governance.
